Ten Ways To Make Me Love You

1.  Be honest: I don't like phonies - in any way, shape or form!  Be yourself, so I can get to know the real you - not someone you think would impress me.  Sooner or later, I'll discover that you deceived me - and all the while I only wanted you to be you!  This also means: be very truthful about everything - no little white lies. To my way of thinking, they are as harmful as the big ones!

2.  Be in love with life: In other words, be glad that you were born and enjoy every minute of living.   Appreciate all of the wonderful things that have been put on this earth for us to enjoy - like the flowers, the ocean, the rain, and yes, even the air we breathe!   There's no need for anyone to be unhappy when you think of all the wonders of life that surround us.

3.  Be domestic: You don't have to be the most domestic girl in the world - just domestic enough to convince me that you would someday make a perfect wife and mother!  You know the old saying - "the way to a man's heart is through his stomach"?  Well, there is some truth to that!  I'm sort of a romanticist and I really enjoy intimate dinners at home.  So if you know how to cook (or are willing to learn), you're on the way to my heart!

4.  Love music: In addition to my singing career, I spend a lot of time in my recording studio producing other artists.  Wherever I am, there's always music close by.  At home, my stereo is constantly blasting - and when I'm driving my car, the radio is always on.   Needless to say, I love music - and I want you to share this part of my life with me!

5.  Understand show business: My career is very important to me, and I would want you to realize all of the pressure and hard work that go along with the excitement and glamour of the zany and wonderful world of show business.  Sometimes it's hard for a girl to understand all of the demands made on my time.  For instance, there are days when I am so exhausted that I can hardly keep my eyes open.  If on these days, I have to break a date we were looking forward to, I wouldn't like you to think it was because I didn't want to see you.  You'd have to always know in your heart that I care for you, but you'd have to truly understand that these disappointments (for me, as well as for you) are unavoidable.

6.  Don't be possessive: I don't mind a little jealousy, cos in a way it's a compliment - but don't let it get out of hand.  If you constantly question me and check up on me, it could ruin our relationship.  Instead of having beautiful times together, we'd argue most of the time.  I don't like to be mistrusted.  I guess that's because I wouldn't give you any reason to mistrust me in the first place!

7.  Love to travel: Basically, I'm a homebody, but sometimes I like to just take off and visit different places and meet interesting people.  I'd want you to enjoy traveling and to dig sharing these adventures with me!

8.  Be sensitive: I believe that it is totally important, and that it adds a lot to a beautiful relationship between two people, if you are sensitive - not only to each other's moods and feelings, but to everyone and everything around you.  I feel that sensitivity is important to a couple - and would help to make the two of us one!

9.  Love children: This is a must for the girl I marry - cos I love children and want to have a bunch of kids someday!

10.  Keep a little mystery about you: Don't let me know all about you - all at once!  It's much more intriguing to learn new things about you every day - so keep me wondering!  The "mystery" about you makes you a more fascinating girl and more appealing to me!  This quality, plus the other nine qualities I've described here, would make you the girl I want to marry and spend the rest of my life with!
