Foundation Fundraiser

DEADLINE FOR THIS WAS FEBRUARY 28TH. WATCH FOR THE NEXT FUNDRAISER FOR THE BOBBY SHERMAN VOLUNTEER EMT FOUNDATION!! (Note: Since this fundraiser is completed, I've deleted the mailing information)
You can order a really cool pillow like this for yourself
or a friend - or both! Please send $20.00, plus $3.95 for Shipping and
Handling for a total of $23.95. The Bobby Sherman Volunteer EMT
Foundation will receive $6.00 per pillow as a donation. The deadline
to order is February 28, 2003. I will add up all the $6.00 donations
and send a check to the Foundation via Kathi, our "cool and Colorado-ian"
Fan Club President, periodically. The Foundation will receive a list
of all those who bought a pillow(s) and helped out with this.
The rest of the cost goes for shipping and handling, and the artist's
costs. The creator of these pillows lives in southeastern Connecticut
and makes a wide variety of specialty pillows and teddy bears. How this
came to be a fundraiser: I saw her work at a local arts and crafts
store, saw some pillows made with this cool blue and starry material
and asked her if she could make me a special pillow that said "Peace,
Love, and Bobby Sherman" on it. It was a present to myself
!! The pillow came out really cool! So I sent a photo to Kathi
at the Fan Club and suggested that this might be a good fundraiser.
It also provides fans with a cool new piece to their favorite sofa,
etc... I find it is a neat conversation piece in the house too!!
(Not that I converse with it or anything! But my company always says
something about it which usually starts a fun conversation about Bobby
and all the cool things he does, and the cool person he is!).
